When internationalizing, retailers shouldn't be thinking about what's easiest for them but what's best for the customer in a specific market. However, this is often easier said than done and often comes with drawbacks.

On April 24th, I attended the Peer 1, Dell and Session Digital eCommerce Futures Conference: Taking Fashion Forward. Three fashion retailers, namely LK Bennett, Long Tall Sally and Isabella Oliver shared the unique trials and tribulations of their internationalization efforts.
