I attended the 2010 Trading Partner Alliance Sustainability Summit in early December 2010, and I have to say that I am impressed by the progress retailers and their suppliers have made in the last three years.  They do not always have all of the metrics or KPI's or business cases fully defined, but they are forging ahead on sustainability initiatives nevertheless.
