Definition of the Product Evolves: See How in Upcoming 2014 PLM and Aftersales Service Predictions Webcast

As 2014 unfolds, modernized Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Strategies will necessitate deeper and broader PLM system adoption, tighter integration with enterprise IT, and the ability to leverage the "pillar technologies" to achieve greater business value from PLM investments. We see PLM evolving as the definition of "the product" evolves – in particular, from a focus on just the product, to "products as services," the"product as an experience," the "co-created product," and so forth. This trend is reflected in innovative new frameworks and business models, such as Product Lifecycle Economics and "Smart Services."
